• Check in and check out process, organize arrival and departure transfers for customers with additional charge.
• Distribution of instructions concerning the holding of the villa
• Determine the needs of customers, in order to organize their stay in all clarity and security (vehicles, tours, transfers, activities, meals, …)
• Entry and exit cleaning• Cleaning every 4 days with change of sheets and towels (variable according to the request of customers or owners)
• Laundry service performed by us.
• For unoccupied houses, we come once a week to ventilate and check if there are any problems in the villa.• We provide our customers with a welcome pack consisting of: the rental contract, the inventory of the house, the different rules to follow for a successful stay, and various activities to discover Koh Samui.
